Taking the first step to therapy? We’ll guide you through it.
We offer compassionate care to help you thrive.
Welcome! We’re glad you’re here.
Emma Finch Therapy is a small, women-led practice with a passion for creating a safe and supportive space for clients to show up as they are. Sometimes, all we need is someone to listen and truly hear us. We hope therapy can provide that space.
Our goal is for every client to feel safe and welcomed during sessions. We believe that staying active is powerful medicine, journaling can be incredibly healing, and talking things through makes a meaningful difference. Above all, we understand the importance of offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can speak freely and feel supported.
**We are not in-network with insurance, but we are happy to provide a Superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.

What is therapy?
ther·a·py (noun):
Therapy offers a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore whatever feels overwhelming—whether it's feelings of sadness, grief, anxiety, frustration, or the challenges of everyday life. With compassion and understanding, therapists work alongside you to develop personalized strategies for overcoming obstacles and improving your overall well-being.
Individual Therapy:
Our therapists know that the most fundamental human desire is to be seen, heard, and understood–and we do just that. We tailor your sessions and our recommendations for you based on what we know about you and your knowledge of yourself.
Couples Therapy:
Our couples therapy services nurture your innate connection to one another and provide you with the necessary tools and skills to help you grow and repair. We will equip you with the communication skills and healthy conflict skills to help you navigate your shared life.
Family Therapy:
Family therapy helps families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. We believe that every family has unique strengths, and we work with your family to identify those strengths and build on them.
