Hi, I’m Zoe!
In May 2024, I graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Social Work, specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice. I am now licensed to practice as a social worker in both New York (LMSW #124509) and Texas (LMSW #114024).
My background in behavioral health technology sales, podcasting, and my own personal experiences with mental health have given me a unique foundation of empathy and understanding that I bring to my work as a therapist. I am committed to continuous learning, drawing inspiration not only from my colleagues but also from my clients, as I firmly believe in the value of being a lifelong student.
When I’m not podcasting or working as a therapist, you can find me running on the Lady Bird Trail, taking long walks with my beloved dog, Winky, or immersing myself in the practice of yoga. I recently fulfilled a dream by completing my Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Bali, Indonesia, which has further enriched my approach to wellness and mental health.

How I Help:
My style is warm, non-judgmental, client-centered, and solutions-focused. My main goal during therapy is to ensure that my clients feel heard, validated, and supported so that they can have the space to make positive changes in their lives. Once a relationship with a foundation of trust is built between myself and a client, we can work together to see past the current crisis and turn our focus towards actionable steps that will solve the problem at hand.
I am a behavioral-oriented therapist, using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also pull from traditional psychoanalysis and Emotions-Focused Therapy, and I am trained in The Gottman Method for healthy relationships.
