Hi, I’m Anna!

I went to Baylor University for my undergrad and Amberton University for my graduate school. I have a Masters of Professional Counseling and hold my licensed professional counseling associate license (#90533) in the state of Texas. I am born and raised in Dallas where many of my friends and family still live. I love going on walks, trying out new workout classes, eating good food with friends and reading lots and lots of books. I got into the counseling field after serving in a 12-step recovery ministry for students and fell in love with the healing process. Since then, I have worked at non-profit organizations and schools to provide counseling to those who would not normally be able to attend counseling, as well as in a private practice setting. Through this, I have seen the importance of building relationships and connections with people of all walks of life.

How I Help:

My therapeutic approach is calm and empathetic. Life can be tough, and sometimes we all just need someone to listen without judgment and offer a little guidance along the way. That's where I come in. As a firm believer in the power of empathy and understanding, I provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach to counseling is all about meeting you where you're at. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with relationships, or just trying to figure out what you're doing with your life, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Whatever you're going through, know that you're not alone, and together we will work through your challenges and discover the strength and resilience that's been inside you all along.
