Emma Finch Therapy is a small practice of women who have a heart for therapy and creating a safe space for clients.

Sometimes, all we need is someone to listen and make you feel heard, and the hope is therapy can create space for this.

The hope is that clients feel safe and welcome during our sessions. We believe being active is great medicine, journaling helps immensely, and talking it out makes a difference, and a safe, nonjudgemental place to speak to someone is vital.

We are not in-network with insurance, but happy to provide a Superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.

What is therapy?

Therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to talk about problems and anything that's overwhelming, sad, grief-ridden, anxiety inducing, frustrating, or just making life a little tough. Therapists will listen to what you have to say and then work with you to develop a plan to confront challenges and achieve an improved quality of life.
